The above notice is incompatible with the GFDL. The GFDL requires that you do not attach additional requirements on redistributors. The requirement that your notice is preserved is such an additional requirement, and is therefore not permissable. You could add it as an invariant section, but Wikipedia does not permit the use of invariant sections.
