Fair use rationale for Image:New-conservative-logo.png
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:New-conservative-logo.png. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Ilse@ 10:26, 27 May 2007 (UTC)

Xaraya
[edit]A "{{prod}}" template has been added to the article Xaraya, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but yours may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice explains why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may contest the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. -- intgr #%@! 17:52, 10 June 2007 (UTC)

Infobox radio station / audience share
[edit]I'm adding an audience share thing like Template:Infobox TV Channel, mainly for UK stations, but am having trouble getting it on to Template:Infobox radio station. Look at Core (radio station) where I have added it but something on the top of the page is showing up. Help me! Pafcool2 (talk) 13:07, 24 November 2007 (UTC)
- Great! Thanks a lot. Pafcool2 (talk) 13:21, 24 November 2007 (UTC)
share field in Infobox Radio station
[edit]Are we going to run into issues with the share field in the Template:Infobox Radio station? I assume you are suggesting (at least in the case of the U.S.) that Arbitron rating information be featured here? Is that going to create copyright issues? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Rtphokie (talk • contribs) 13:16, 24 November 2007 (UTC)
- No. It should be fine for across the world. I don't see where the copyright issues will come from. Arbitron is the American equivalent to RAJAR so yes this data should be used. Although it is not compulsory, as I know it will take quite along time. Pafcool2 (talk) 13:21, 24 November 2007 (UTC)
Template:Infobox radio station has been nominated for merging with Template:Infobox broadcast. You are invited to comment on the discussion at the template's entry on the Templates for discussion page. Thank you. Bsherr (talk) 17:10, 9 December 2010 (UTC)

An RfC that you may be interested in...

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Possible removal of AWB access due to inactivity
[edit]Hello! There is currently a request for approval of a bot to manage the AutoWikiBrowser CheckPage by removing inactive users, among other tasks. You are being contacted because you may qualify as an inactive user of AWB. First, if you have any input on the proposed bot task, please feel free to comment at the BRFA. Should the bot task be approved, your access to AWB may be uncontroversially removed if you do not resume editing within a week's time. This is purely for routine maintenance of the CheckPage, and is not indicative of wrongdoing on your part. You will be able regain access at any time by simply requesting it at WP:PERM/AWB. Thank you! MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 23:36, 8 November 2016 (UTC)
