French and Iberian overseas territories do not seem to be included. David de Cooman 13:37, 13 Jan 2005 (UTC)
- Guadeloupe, Martinique, Reunion, the Azores, Madeira and the Canaries are too small to show up; other overseas territories (besides Guiana) are not part of the EU. Radagast 15:39, 3 October 2005 (UTC)
Following from the above: the Balearics and, particularly, Cyprus seem to be missing; they are large enough to be seen. Radagast 15:39, 3 October 2005 (UTC)
- I see them. → SeeSchloß 16:59, 8 December 2005 (UTC)
St. Pierre and Miquelon (Islands off the coast of Newfoundland, part of the Département d'Outre-mer of France) are not included - the islands are part of the EU, and use the euro as their currency More information here

[edit]Someone forgot Slovenia. edolen1 12:50, 28 January 2006 (UTC)
- Slovenia's in there... are you sure you mean Slovenia? —This user has left wikipedia 12:01 2006-01-29
- Yeah, it is in there, now that I added it. ;) edolen1 14:38, 29 January 2006 (UTC)
Ceuta and Melilla
[edit]The map seems to be very accurate, however, the Spanish cities of Ceuta and Melilla, which are situated on the African mainland, are missing.
Iceland
[edit]Iceland is not part of the EU, but it is in Europe, and so it should be showing in this map (in grey).
- No it shouldn't. The only reason the others that aren't in the EU are shown is because they're bordering/very close to members, and it would look weird to crop right to the borders. - RedHot 10:41, 13 April 2006 (UTC)
the EURO € coins have done it why not do it on here as well?84.67.134.149 21:31, 29 June 2006 (UTC)
Borders
[edit]Anyone else think it would be a good idea to remove the internal borders of the EU on the map? - RedHot 10:41, 13 April 2006 (UTC) NO!--84.67.134.149 21:31, 29 June 2006 (UTC)
