Hypocrisy with Trump, neoconservatism, and RINO label
[edit]Please stop removing the well sourced edits I made that describe in detail the history of Romney's political relationship with Donald Trump, since at least 2012 to 2019, that show valuable information about the two. Also, the lead section doesn't mention his very neoconservative views and the fact that he has been pushed out of the mainstream Republican Party under Trump. - Read MOS:LEAD to better understand the function and limitations of the lead section. Neither of those claims are central to the reasons for Romney's notability, so generally do not belong in the lead section. General Ization Talk 16:32, 11 August 2024 (UTC)

- No, those specific events are not. But a clear pattern of his deviating from the positions and initiatives of his party, as those matters illustrate, is. General Ization Talk 16:44, 11 August 2024 (UTC)
